Hey there. The way you put this is very interesting. And a little bit sad. But I suspect very true also.
I've decided not to get one - mostly because no one really has a nice word to say about the place. And also because it's doesn't sound like it would suit me, especially as I want to keep my RL very separate.
A webpage sounds like a nice idea. I's never be able to maintain one myself - so here feels like my internet home. :D
