I don't beliiiieeeve it.....
Jun. 3rd, 2010 11:52 amLast week I was forced to take 3 days off of work due to some deviant flu strain and now I have to take 2 days off work this week because I did my back in!
URHG! I always feel guilty taking time off work. Plus I don't like leaving my kids for too long. (They were so sweet when I came back after last week's absence. They made cards and I got some little flowers and stuff.. awwww. Plus they were extra well behaved!)
But this time?! Reached over to get something on my desk and BAM! couldn't stand up. So off to the physio and doctors and I've on some some heavy duty pain killers AND 2 more days off work. Of course my biggest concern was the fangirl meet up tomorrow night. I don't care. I'm going even if I have to hobble there. (Actually I can stand upright today, so it should be all right).
The upside is I can work on my reports and maybe sneak in some vidding. \o/

ao3vidders auction. I'm looking forward to starting her idea. Thanks again to those who bid on me. I would love to be able to make you all a vid. (Maybe one day...) The auction raised a total of $1,835. Which is pretty good I reckon. I haven't got anything to compare it to, but that looks great. :)
Now. I need to do a little research, so I was wondering if anyone could rec me some Castiel vids?? I'm particularly interested in character study vids. Not shipping vids. I will be doing some searching of my own, but it's always nice to be pointed in the right direction. :)

ETA: I'm not sure whether to do a "tribute to characters who met their demise" this year. (following tradition from the last couple of years). I mean - we lost Ellen and Jo, but there are some awesome E & J tribute vids out there, and really the only other major OC's were Zach and Anna. Not sure whether to include Chuck? Or even Adam (again!). So yeah.... enough to hang a vid on? Hmmm... really not sure.....
