I agree that Benny has been fleshed out much more than Amelia. I would say that I hope we get Amelia fleshed out as much but in all honesty I don't really care enough about either of them to know more about their lives. I DO care how they effect Sam and Dean's lives but I seriously don't give two hoots about their pasts lives...;)
I am very curious why Amelia has been created the way she has - unsympathetic. whereas Benny has been created so we sympathise with him (I think...I don't know how I feel about him actually. I haven't really given him much thought..)
I enjoy looking at the show like this. I think the filming choices can be really interesting. But...I'm a geek like that! :DD
