Reflections:

I started the year with a promise to make some small vidlets from given prompts. I had lots of awesome prompts and manage to make the sum total of 1! Save a Horse... (I posted it to Tumblr). So I failed miserably on that front. /o\ (sorry!)

I didn't make as many vids as I have in the past years. And the vids, on average, are a lot shorter. I can't seem to get past the 2 minute mark. They are just so time consuming. I still love making them though.

I have written more and produced more picspams though. I've enjoyed working with screencaps and I figure the more I write the better I might get at it...;D I have also loved the episode discussions and meeting lots of new people this year. I especially enjoyed watching the season opener in Sydney with a bunch of awesome fangals. <3

I had been posting a series of my fav broments at theheartofspn, but keeping on top of them has proven to be quite a challenge. I do plan to make a series of picspams covering the greatest broments from each season next year.

I also started contributing to the SuperWiki, entering details on the motels over the seasons. I completed season 1-5 and I hope to complete 6-8 next year.

Behind the scenes I've been having tremendous fun helping counteragent edit her fantastic SPN film The Other Side. It's been a highlight of my (fandom) year. It's a completely different process to music editing and I absolutely love it.

I'm also working on a piece that analyses some of the awesome visuals in the show for a fan book (SO excited about that).

So yeah. Busy year. It certainly keeps me occupied. :D

Your area of interest changes as time goes on - even it is still within the same program.

I don't do vids anymore as my time is now consumed with these character analyses and the network as a greater whole. Doesn't even give me a lot of time to post on LJ.

Just look at it as merely a change in direction, not a failure to achieve which "once was" your main area of interest.

You are so incredibly productive. And have been over the past years... Are you sure you actually have a real RL? Or is it just a story you give us so we won't notice you only came to this world to honour Supernatural with all your talent and your hard work?... ;)

Even though I have moved more towards the fringes of fandom I am still amazed as well as entertained by all the things you create, and how you share your heart out here via the fandom.

I'm looking forward to another year of your creativity, your invested emotions and generally of you being YOU. Makes my heart smile. ^_^ ♥

Yes - my interests have move slightly and I've enjoyed exploring new mediums. I'd like to start working with gifs as I think there's potential to do some interesting stuff there. Damn sight quicker than vidding I think.

I knew that I'd have to slow down on the vidding from at some point. I'd actually love to try other shows or films but nothing seems to motivate me as much as my (crazy omg I wish I could quit you!) show.

HA! I do TRY to have a RL!! Fandom life is much more fun though! :D

I will probably slow down a bit this coming year (she says...). I suppose it depends on how the show goes for the second half. I am so worried it's going to keep annoying me and if it does I'm not sure what I'll do. I'll probably always find things to keep me occupied, even if the stories aren't holding my interest as much.

We'll see! :D
