Vid notes

I could be listening to anything and I picture a vid to it. (Honestly my daughter has Taylor Swift's song "You belong to me" playing 24/7 and I've been picturing a vid to that! *runs*). So when I heard this song recently it just seemed like a good idea to make a vid to it. *meep*

I really just wanted to play with some of the lyrics and take a look at the boys working lives. Also gave me an excuse to clip from one of my favourite episodes "It's a Terrible Life".

You know - I never thought I would ever bother with looking at a vid that had a DOLLY PARTON song to it. Honestly - never in a million years. But it was you so I did and OMG it's TERRIFIC!! I love it - I have to go rec it at my lj. It was just so nice to just divest myself of the whole serious drama/boys have to save the world/so much angst and pain/it's your destiny universe for a while and grin stupidly at this vid. Wow those lyrics are pretty much PERFECT. Thanks Ash for making me grin like a loon on a Sunday afternoon.

I must have watched a different version, because mine had at least 10 parts feel good! Love everything about it, the fast pace, the way the lyrics fit, the look back to monster of the week style episodes... Also, there can never be too many clips from "It's a Terrible Life"!

What a wonderful treat to wake up to! I was giggling like a loon. I love Sammy's "cup of ambition." And the boss who is "out to get me." Oh, and that shot of Sammy in a towel--it's guaranteed to always get my blood pumping. Mrrraowwwr! :-) I also liked the clip you used at the end (with dialogue). It was perfect. What's that from? I don't remember that scene at all.

I love this ridiculous amounts. I watched on youtube while I was waiting for it to dl, and then watched again right away and now I'm converting to iPod so I can carry it with me. It's brilliant. In the same boat with a lot of their friends, Sam's dreams shattering into Lucifer, the little clip of Dean talking about the massively dangerous day at the office... awesome. All of it awesome. *goes to watch again*
