I was thinking it might be a throw away episode, so I was thrilled that they put in more about what's going on with Sam. And Dean. The speech the woman gave was very pointed. I think it was a warning to Dean about keeping his Amara bond a secret from Sam. Sam has acted on his fears by telling Dean, now Dean needs to do that same. Be curious to see if he will.
