Hello lovelies! *bounces* it's nearly here... \o/ And come on! Even if you've been a bit on the sidelines with this season you've gotta be excited to see them again.....yes?

I continue to try and remain unspoiled. Though it's been very (VERY!) hard lately. So, I know a little bit. Especially about next week's ep. (squee...). Still have NO idea how they will tie things up this season. Can't wait to find out.

While we wait a couple of things:

The other day I gave Jared my own award as he missed out on the TV Guide Awards. It was all very silly but it seems that I might not have been the only one thinking this way. (oh fandom... how I love you so...)

You know how I was raving about august_monsoon recently? Well, she produced some fabulous artwork to a prompt I left over at sharp_teeth. YAY! It's called Dream On. It's creepy and wonderfully conceived.

I've been fascinated by the idea that everything that is happening to Sam is all a dream and he is actually still in the cage. Of course I DO NOT WANT this to be the case. But there was a moment in the film Jacob's Ladder where he's living this "dream" life and it turns out to be in his mind. I've been thinking about that a lot recently.

Also, the fabulously talented maichan808 has produced a gorgeous video that explores the journey of love. Not just from one source but from five! *gulps* It's absolutely beautiful. Sam/Dean feature in here and it's great to see their love compared to some great love affairs in recent films.

A slight change of topic ('cause I'm good at that..) but my darling sister (who is actually in New York City at this very moment) sent me the Supernatural graphic novel "Beginnings End" the other day and I have to say... WOW... I was really impressed. I had no idea it was going to leave me sucker punched by the end. I want to read all the others now.

Um... I think that's it. I'll catch ya all after the show. *BOUNCES* some more.

Well, I am working very hard on a vid (which I am pretty excited about) at the moment. It's a couple of weeks off yet - still quite a lot of work to do because I want to get it right - but I'm getting there.

AND YAY!!! It's even closer now.. \o/

the Supernatural graphic novel "Beginnings End" the other day and I have to say... WOW... I was really impressed.

I haven't heard about this one. What is it about?

It's set just before Sam leaves for Stanford. It has several stories in it but they are all joined by a central theme.

I thought it would just be straight out hunts but it also explores John and Sam's relationship. It plays out the scene when John tells Sam to never come back, but the thing I like best was the reasons it gave John for his actions.
