When Jared truly wakes up for the first time since he was a child, it is Jensen who helps him find his way. They grow close as Jared gains confidence, and life is good... until Lumoinnovations discovers Jared is still alive and decides they want him back.
For hurt!Jared fans it's A MUST READ (though Jensen gets his share). The author has created an incredible world and the relationship between Jared and Jensen is to die for. There's action, mystery, intrigue, love, hurt, comfort, hot sex... it has it all. It's also wonderfully structured. It's very long (yay!)... but it's a page turner. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Date: 2012-04-20 05:53 am (UTC)If you like really dark fic you might like Prime (http://meus-venator.livejournal.com/7471.html). It's probably one of the darkest fics I've read (or...tried to read. I found it a little tooo dark for my tastes).
Oh, also Darkness Deep in You (http://aythia.livejournal.com/117985.html). Reeaally dark one. No happy ending or anything... But I was totally drawn to it and actually really enjoyed it. :)
