This is a rather personal vid for me. redteekal was lucky enough to attend Nerd HQ recently and she and her partner took some absolutely gorgeous pictures of Jared. In a recent post redteekal related a story by Jared told about Gen and Thomas and mentioned a song Jared relates to his experience of fatherhood. I thought it might be nice to put the pics together with that song.

I then watched all the Nerd HQ and couldn't helped adding a couple of extra bits. ;)

It's really just a way to try and capture some moments from the event and put the pictures in a video. It also meant I could stare at those gorgeous pics as often as I want *g*.

(And I've earmarked this song for a SamnDean vid. Just saying).

You know what? I wanted the floor to swallow me up as soon as this chick held up the ipad with the image of the artwork. It wasn't the worst Sam/Dean thing - the guys were basically in jeans, shirtless standing next to each other. But yeah - I was all CRINGE! But then Jared was just TOTALLY SMOOTH and classy about it. Asked her were she got it from and she announced that she had been looking through some of the SDCC Art display galleries that are around (and there's heaps there at CC time) and turned around and saw this (it was a big poster sized painting in one of the galleries apparently) and so she took a pic on her ipad. Then Jared starts critiquing it! LOL! He comments how he thinks the nipples whilst perky looking just look a little skewed! But that he thought it was very flattering cos Jared reckons he's a little soft right now and this Sam was very washboard abs looking! He managed to take something potentially floorswallowinglysecondhandembarrassing and turn it into a great laugh without even going there on the Wincest. And then he wanted to go buy it so he asked her where it was. LOL! I'm a voracious reader/vid watcher of all that is Sam/Dean but damn fans, don't be up in their faces about it! Good save Jared!

He definitely was calmer - had definitely got less beer in him that's for sure. I so hope to do it again next year!

Ha! Oh that story is great! As soon as I saw the pic I skipped passed it so thanks for filling me in. He's so good at making everyone feel comfortable it seems. *hearts* him.
