Stuffity stuff...of the TV variety

Dammit! I am in the mood for staying up all night and reading my flist pages and talking about STUFF and getting excited about tomorrow's ep (yes, I'm being cautiously excited!!) but it's my first day back at work tomorrow so..... BOOOOOO - back to being disciplined and going to bed earlier and not drinking quite as much..../o\

So just a few comments about TV stuff:

HOMG I'm SO loving season 2 of Haven! Just watched 2.03 and...WOW! There's so much intrigue so far this season. Loving it!

My sister has recced Justified to me. She said..."there's a guy in it that looks like one of the guys in the show you like a lot"...hmmm... I thought she meant looks like Jared but I think she means Jensen? Hee...though I don't just watch shows because of the ways the guys look...;)

White Collar is back YAY! I'm loving the direction this is taking. So much emotion in the last ep I just wanted to hug Neal to pieces. And El is FAB!

It was sad to see Leverage finish. I really enjoyed that show. Great characters. They were in rather average stories most of the time but their bond and sense of family really made that show great.

Loving Arrow!!! I'm surprised how much I enjoy it actually. I seem to have a girl crush on Katie Cassidy (maybe not surprising since I crushed on Shawn Cassidy in my teens...like WHOA...;D. I really like the balance between action, story, relationships and BUFF! (and yeah, ok... lots of bromance and shirtless guys...seems there's lots aspects I can enjoy about this show..;D).

Looking forward to Game of Thrones returning. And, um..Teen Wolf...is that due back soon? I rather think I might have to take another look....

1) Haven S2 is just fab! ♥

2) Justified is a great show. The premise doesn't appeal to me at all, but the show managed to hook me anyway, because it is very well written - the dialogues are just outstanding - and acted. Not to mention that I could watch Timothy Olyphant swagger and drawl his way through the show all day long. LOL Plus, bonus Jim Beaver. He is in S3 and will become somewhat of a regular in S4 as far as I know.

3) I, too, am sad that Leverage is over, but at least it went out on a high. I couldn't have asked for a better series finale! ♥

I'm so hooked on Haven. Loved Audrey II - and the sister type connection with Audrey I. And now I just wanna know what's going on!

I think I'm going to have to give Justified a go. I keep hearing good things about it. :)

The Leverage finale was great - I had a little tear. They were such a great little family.

Hahaha, didn't you say you weren't that in to Teen Wolf? What changed your mind? I like hearing people's stories about how they get sucked in to it.

And I completely agree about Leverage. I stopped watching the show because it started to become somewhat boring for me. But I caught up to watch the finale and ♥♥♥ for their little criminal family.

Oh damn you Teen Wolf! Here's the thing...I love Stiles (like everyone it seems). I also like the friendship between Stiles and Scott...so I want to know what happens there. I also like the idea of werewolves.

But. I have exactly zero interest in ALL the other characters so...I'm rather stuck. Unfortunately Alison irks me SO much that I have to fast forward through her bits. Argh...

Mostly, I think the show has lots of potential. No doubt there will be massive Stiles/Derek shipping on the show now so I'm curious to see what they do with that (even though I have zero interest in that ship). CRAZY!! It intrigues me and I love adventure...:)

Leverage had its moments. Completely ridiculous at times but it had its heart in the right place. I liked all the characters so I mostly watched for that.

Aw, that is an awkward place to be in to like a show.

I'm also curious to see how the Stiles/Derek ship will play out on the show. I doubt the ship will happen anytime soon but considering how aware of it the creator is (and everyone else it seems), I am actually thinking there is a possibility it could happen. Which is really weird because fanon isn't supposed to become canon :O

Well, I only watch SPN and Leverage from whole list, but I just wanted to chime in and say I loved the Leverage finale too <3 I am sad they cancelled it, but to be honest, it was getting to be a bit rinse-repeat... They got the ending they wanted, we all got closure and a proper ending and I loved it. And Leverage is always good to just re-watch on a slow weekend :)

If you're cautiously excited about tomorrow's ep, then I'm allowing myself to be optimistic about it. Which is good, because after last week's ep, I was really hoping that it would mark the course of the rest of the season instead of being awesome by accident.

Also, Arrow's pretty good. Shirtlessness, intriguing flashbacks, action, shirtlessness... ;)

Oh my, I lost Leverage out of sight at some point. I just checked and my usual streaming site doesn't have it anymore. So that's why. I don't keep up with dates but just watch when they are uploaded. So I'll watch them on the other site that I rarely go on. Now to find out which was the last ep I had seen...

I think Teen Wolf will return around summer. So, still enough time for you to work out a stragety on how to best enjoy Stiles and avoid, well, everything else. lol ;)

Haven is great fun, isn't it? The Seaon 3 finale was just too awesome for words - so many OT3 moments, as well as Nathan's woobie face...

I can recommend Justified whole-heartedly - it is by far one of the most rounded shows out there. Terrific writing and acting, but what really makes the show (one of) the best is the incredible amount of detail in and attention to the backdrop of the story - Harlan County. All characters are fully rounded, multi-faceted individuals, every shot is full of local colour and detail - and it has Timothy Olyphant's hips.

Last weeks ep of White Collar was a darling - with El & Burke & Mozi all concerned about Neal, and him tearing up at the end. Sniffle. He nailed that scene. Or maybe it's just his blue eyes and unearthly beauty.

Talking of perfect male body-parts - Arrows torso is comaparable to Neil's face. Though I'm probably more of a face girl --- but when he does that thing with the metal bar *phew*. But aside from the shallow it also has a lot of enjoyable plot-lines, realtionship developments and flashbacks with questionable hair styles (it's Vampire Diaries all over).

I really enjoy Teen Wolf in a teeny sort of way. It's totally OTT and it knows it. I really liked Jackson's story-line, I found it really poignant (well, minus the totally rediculousness of it all), particularly because he didn't really start out as a particularly likeable character. I'm sure you've seen Loki's vid - that pretty much summs it up for me....

Justified is fantastic. I mainlined all aired eps late last year and now I'm watching the new season week-to-week. I'd forgotten what that was like, lol.

I love & adore the show. IMO, it`s one of the best shows on tv right now. There`s not one episode that made me think "uh, no". I can`t wait to get my season 3 DVD`s. Once I got them, I`m gonna watch all of season 3 in a row (should take a day, maybe, but not more than 2 days ;D) If you give it a try (and you should), you`ll see some familiar faces as guest actors. And there`s Timothy, I could watch him walk, and listen to him talk, all day long *happy sigh*

White Collar almost lost me end of season 2, but they`re back to being the awesome show I fell I love with in season 1.

Katie Cassidy is made of win, and nice. I`m sooo happy she`s on Arrow. When I met her, and took pictures of her, I said afterwards it`s not possible to take a picture of her that doesn´t turn out to be great.

I'm enjoying all the characters. Often when a show has so many characters I find it hard to like them all - but this one I love 'em all.

I'm sure all the DC easters eggs go over my head, but I'm glad they are there for the ones who know their stuff to find. :)

Arrow really grows on me from ep to ep, although I'm not too sold on Katie's character. Which isn't her fault at all, but the writing... Ack. IDK.
