I've been seeking out Batcave fics and I wondered if a Batcave comm has been created?

There's been the wonderful Batcave Fic and Art Commentfest so I wondered if a) there was a comm for the massive amount of fic and art that SHOULD come out of this wonderful place and b) if not, should there be one?

(it's total anal of me because I like things all in the one place :D)


If the answer is no there isn't one and yes there should be one who's gonna make it? Or maybe help me? ;D

I'm thinking it would have to be high maintenance. Just a place for people to post their Batcave fics, art (ooh, we may even have some vids one day).

I have no idea about putting a graphic in the header and that stuff. (I know I could figure it out, but that's where my time is lacking).

And ideas for a name? Maybe simply spn_batcave ?

Yeah, I was thinking about spn_batcave too, can't think of anything else that would really be as descriptive?

I think you mean "wouldn't" have to be high maintenance? Just a place to post - yep, fics, art, vids! :)) - screencaps, maybe some meta about the Men of Letters or secret societies, who built the place, that sort of thing? Pretty much an all inclusive bat cave den for everything of every genre and all characters? See how things go if you want to go on to include prompts at a later date

I'm not so good at doing things quickly, but I built my page by tinkering with a basic layout, so I think I could put something together for you by copying some of the codes I used, if you'd have time just to look it over and say "yay" or "nay" I'd be happy to do that over the next week or so?

Did you get the invites? Not sure if I did it right or not. Will start some graphics off tomorrow, once they're all done have a go at some sort of layout. Once the whole thing is up and running I can transfer it over and you should be set - I think!

Ah, a Batcave comm...awesome idea!

Besides that Comment Fic/Art meme, I know ficwriter1966 has been taking Batcave prompts on her journal because not many on the meme inspired her. She has kicked on 3-4 Batcave related fics the last couple of weeks alone.

I'm very excited about this! I've done 9 Batcave fics already, with bunnies for 15 more awaiting attention - and I'm very curious to see what everyone else comes up with. Art, icons, possible vids - yay!
