Got your membership and have promoted you to admin over there, see if that gives you any re-blogging access.
What I get is on a re-blog, at the top where my name Windmills is, I get a little arrow, clicking that opens up the menu with Windmills AND BatCave on a list and I choose to tick which place I want to re-blog it to. See if you get that option.

Yeah, I have to say it's a very steep learning curve for me - nothing seems to be consistent from blog to blog, but I'm getting around enough - I hope!
