I'm still trying to get my thoughts around 5.12. It's not an easy one. Though I must rec this positive post about what was going on with Dean by rivers_bend because it did make me feel a bit better... Though I'm still feeling pretty ambivalent about the whole thing. Also yourlibrarian makes some interesting observations in her post Here

Um.. I'm thinking I could use an icon that says "This is not a SPN icon". I know, lame, but I find my self lost when responding to non spn posts. And nearly all my icons are spn related. So.. um... *puppy eyes*. I'll swap you for um... ooh... a big hug (?) and heartfelt thanks. (though I'm still trying to figure out if that actually makes sense? In my brain it does*g* - the icon, not the hugs...)

And speaking if non-spn, I mentioned in my last post of randomness that I've started watching Fringe. It is because of THIS VID by starrylizard. I was lucky enough to have an early look and I just had to check the show out for myself. I love laugh out loud gore. And the show seems to have a great sense of fun, without being a comedy. Though maybe I'm strange (shut up!) because I laughed at Evil Dead and Severance. Though that was their intention.. *nods* Anyway, check it out. It's great fun, with a lot of energy and snappy beat work.

And why did I just hear a song by Blondie and immediately think of a vid to it.. Oh brain. Just stop already!

I have all sorts of interesting feelings about 5.12. Unfortunately they don't make it all the way into my brain to transform into words... *facepalm*

I watched Fringe when they had it on german tv and I enjoyed it a lot. I don't remember how many epis they showed. Maybe I should take a look at them on the streaming site I recently found. (Always digging out new sources to watch SPN. Two of them have "died" on me already...)

Some time today, I'm going to post my thoughts on 5.12. I actually really enjoyed it and was surprised to find most of my flist did not. I don't know if it was only because the ep was heavy Sam, or what. But, for me, it was the most enjoyable of the non-Apocalypse related ('cause I'm not counting the demon suddenly realizing Sam's meat suit was devoid of Sam) eps.

It's weird when I'm out of synch with everyone...

I actually love it when I hear peps liked it. Makes me feel better all round. I really, really wanted to but I it just made me so sad... I want the boys to be connected again. I want Dean to want and like Sam the way he is.. for me that episode was showing Dean the kind of little brother he would rather have. And it wasn't Sam. :(

But - that's not to say I didn't enjoy watching it. I actually didn't mind watching it (save from yelling at the screen "Dean, CAN"T YOU TELL IT"S NOT SAM!!" - I did that about 3 times. And then the very end...
