(actually you are somewhat to blame for this - after reading your Condensed Supernatural S1, I left a silly comment about nearly wetting myself and that got the brain ticking and the excitement escalating and this resulted).

Not as much as it deserves. Last year there were bus ads...this year? I haven't seen their faces anywhere. I think there's been some tv spots, and yay, they put up 3x01 up for free on itunes, which shows some marketing effort.
