Yep it is and I love it - takes a little getting used to, but keeps an eye on updated flists and messages and allows you to highlight text for formatting as set and is adaptable so you can add your own commands for pictures like this , lets you link to things by copying the URL to THIS post, puts in LJ users like me el1ie and lets you put in quotes and stuff like this -
It's also useful for reading comments on large communities as it adds an Expand feature at the end of every post that's in tree form or you can choose to unfold all the comments on that page for easy reading.
There's probably tons more it does as well, but those features are the ones I can't live without, just shout if you have any difficulty setting it up - it's pretty straight forward once you get used to it, but like everything else it can seem a bit intimidating with the amount of stuff it can do - I don't use anywhere near it's capacity, just what I need.
