Notes:

I heard this song as an intro for a podfic recording and it kept haunting me. It spoke to me of the fallout from supernatural encounters, not just for Sam and Dean but for the many others that cross their paths.

This song was written by James Blunt about the Kosovo War. I don't mean to trivialise the suffering of the people he sung about by making a fanvid to the song - I just felt it suited the people who inhabit the Supernatural universe.

I love that there is no resolution or context in this vid, just the bottomless pit of sadness and despair of all these people, it fits the song so well. *Sniffle* And now I'll go and put "When you're smiling" and "Love shack" on endless loop, if you don't mind....

Hee! Oh dear... um, no...well... yes, maybe..;) Getting a strong reaction to a vid is definitely something that's nice to hear.

Yes.. that was something I wanted from the start. I didn't want to end with any sense of hope. I mean, I know in most cases the boys "save the day".. but it still leaves people having had their lives changed through their supernatural experience.
