And in RL news...
I've been alcohol free for 6 weeks now! 6 weeks! That's ridiculous. Only 2 to go... (not counting or anything..) AND only .5 kg before I reach my trimming goal of 5 kgs. I am ridiculously proud of myself. I know 5kgs don't seem like a lot but man... friggin' hard to shed.

Date: 2011-02-24 12:06 pm (UTC)Actually I haven't been able to avoid what this week's episode is about and I've never been LESS tempted in my life - I admit, I'm one of those that really doesn't like the meta episodes, I like my fourth wall made of stainless steel thank you very much - fantasies on one side and real life on the other. I think it's because I get that creepy feeling of someone reading my diaries and them pointing and laughing behind my back. That's my problem I know, but I'll be keeping well clear of fandom for the next week or so, fingers firmly away from the keyboard - actually I might just unplug the damned thing before I open my big mouth and upset anything, because I really, really REALLY hate meta episodes - sorry.

Date: 2011-02-24 12:18 pm (UTC)Oh yes... I know. What this has shown me is that I can actually survive a night without a drink. I did worry there for a minute that I couldn't. (my sis is an alcoholic so I know it might have be a possibility. She hasn't had a drink in 7 years (makes my 6 weeks look ridiculous. It's certainly given me an appreciation of what she's has to go through every day - forever..)
Ah yes... it sounds like the next ep might very well create a stir. I have NO idea what they have in mind with it so I am very curious to see how it plays out (and it's why I want to peek..). I am very wary of such eps. I can't say I've liked any of the others that much. We'll see.
