I won't deny that this vid was hard. I think the more I make vids the more I know how much better they could be and this one particularly so. I adore this song and really just wanted to do it justice. It's very simple really- nothing flashy in terms of effects etc. It was the lyrical interpretation that was killing me! I wanted to show all the ways in which Dean is there for Sam - in terms of what he "gives" him. I suppose I count a lot on viewers understanding of the context in which these moments occur also.

After all, most of your viewers are going to be like me, totally bought in to these characters and their relationship already. So, it totally worked for me. Gave me a lump in my throat, even.
