HOMG!! That episode!!! I can't EVEN! See…SEE THAT??!! That's why SHOW IS AWESOME!

I am going to randomly SQUEE because…. DID YOU SEE THAT!?!!

Where do I even start?! I'm going to just randomly ramble because…. HELL YEAH!!

COUNTING THE WAYS!

1. BOYS COMMUNICATING THROUGH TIME?!?! a;slksa;daks;dalsk;l! They are SO IN TUNE WITH EACH OTHER! LOVES! *dies*

2. SHERIFF MILLS!!! \o/ I love HER SO MUCH! That's who I'D turn friggin' gay for!!!

3. Ok. So. Here's the thing. I'm not terribly keen of the boys working with other people BUT if there were ever matches made in heaven (in terms of partnerships) it's Jody and Sam and Eliot Ness (OMFG! ) and Dean. \o/ <33333333

4. afajshda;f;ajalsdjfaslfdja;ls!!!!! ELIOT NESS!!! Are you kidding me?! The Untouchables is one of my all time fav films and KRYCEK PLAYED HIM??!?! *dies* He was SO perfect!

5. THE SCORE! The MUSIC was SPOT ON!!

6. THE LIGHTING!! GOD! the cinematography was TO DIE FOR! It was like watching a film. How do they do that on that kind of budget!?! SO SO AWESOME!! REDS AND YELLOWS AND LIGHT STREAMING ACROSS STUFF (yeah… I'll have to cap this…)

7. DEAN SLEPT WHERE SAM SLEPT! \o/ Just saying…. ;)

8. DEAN WAS AS HOT AS!! (How dare you challenge my Sam!girl!)

9. Ness called Dean a nancy!! LOVE IT!! (Yeah, yeah… see. Dean needs that. Dean NEEDS to know what he's doing is AWESOME and just get on with it *G*!!)

10. THE SCRIPT!! Concise, no messing around, awesome film references….just….SPOT ON!!!

11. SAMMY WANTS HIS BIG BRO BACK!!! OMG! His faces…. (and Jody UNDERSTANDS!)

12. Jodie's nearly crying face at the mention of Bobby! OH YES!

13. DEAN DEAN DEAN! Just…yeah. I love that you love being in the 40's. GOD! You looked soooo fine honey.


Time out. So. This ep was supposed to explain Dean's disappearing beer. And the 36 hour sleep. Did it? Not from where I'm sitting… What does it all mean!?!


14. DICK!! \o/ The lines in this episode. You're into Dick now?!! WHAT??!!!! Oh Show…. you keep playing with us!

15. THE SETS!! (geek, geek...) but SO wonderful.

16. I was actually biting my nails toward the end. I was so wrapped up in it!

17. SAMMY'S SMILE WHEN HE GOT THE NOTE!! \o/ \o/

18. Camera angles!! SEE THAT?! Awesome overhead shots and framing....very noir...:DD

19-100 = EVERYTHING ELSE! \o/ (seriously.... costumes, signage, light fixtures, Jodie, ELIOT FUCKING NESS, "awesome", *happy sigh*)

Yep. You can see I ADORED this episode. Best yet?! Hmmm.. maybe. Might not beat the bromance eps but for EVERYTHING ELSE?! Yeah. Class, CLASS episode.

THE CARS!!! Ness's trunk! Dean's hat and great coat and real shoes and and and...

Sam and the Sheriff were great together. You know Dean's not talking about grief or anything related to Bobby so it's great Sam had Jodi to drink with and share Bobby stories. A kind of a wake for Bobby and maybe Rufus and Jodi's family too.

This one must have been blast to act or do lighting or sets or costumes for. It looked so cinematic.

And did I mention THE CARS?

THE CARS!!!! \o/ YES YES! I can't believe I didn't mention that. I love how the cars really set the scene.

Sam and Jody was just so AWESOME! I loved that they had their little moments. I loved it even more that none of it was overplayed. The didn't dwell and it wasn't morose. Same with Dean's attempt at feeling sorry for himself and his life (and yeah, he has damn good reason to) it was great to hear from a hunter that didn't get in to it because of death of a family member. It just might help Dean get through instead of burying himself in alcohol.

I think Ness was more of a "you shove it down and you let it come out in spurts of violence and alcoholism" kind of guy. Certainly no chick flick moments. No muss, no fuss, everybody's going to die, let's enjoy cleaning house while we're here and take out frustrations with the day job. It was good for Dean to run into someone who's still enjoying hunting and finds it worth while.

You mentioned the beer. I don't think it's connected to Chronos. I thought it was weird with the rock, paper, scissors thing too after the way it went in the Titanic ep. I love to have some mystery to mull over.
