I just saw a blog (or 50) on Tumblr stating SPN has been officially renewed. I can't find a source to confirm that though...and I haven't seen anything on LJ...

IS IT TRUE?! Can I start bouncing around the room yet?

EDIT: OMG! This thread is cracking me up. Seriously... we're that desperate?!!! TeeHee... I love it... (and NO, it's not true.... YET!)

If it's what I've seen, it's not true; rather, it's somebody (or people) sending links to LAST year's renewal, hoping nobody notices.

The GOOD news is that it's like, 99.9% certain for renewal. It's doing pretty solid by CW's standards, and they've already figured out showrunning for next season - which they wouldn't worry about if cancellation was imminent. Also, Nikita is looking like a cancellation, and they'll want a strong show on Fridays rather than start with two new ones. :D

I found another site referencing that article too! Oddly, it came to the top when I did a search on google news and usually it only pulls recent news.

Yeah... so much word that it's go, but I always feel a little uneasy until it's official. Which looks like it isn't yet.

The news on Carver being S8 show runner is extremely positive. Makes no sense announcing that if they weren't very positive. Thanks for the link. :D

Never trust Tumblr for official news, because it's so easy for anyone to fabricate stories just to get their post reblogged about, they'll use links from last year hoping it won't go noticed by anyone. So...likely not yet. I think they announce the renewals in May I believe. But supposedly it's very good, considering most if not all shows on CW will be replaced with something new since there shows are rather known for being not watched lol

Let's hope it's official soon. Last year they announced in in April so I think there's hope that it was going to be announced this week.

Well, I having figure the darn place out. I can't figure out whether what I am looking at is made by someone I'm following for has just been reblogged by them. In most cases reblogged. But I don't get reblogging something that has already reblogged 3,000 times. Yet the only way other people get to see stuff is if it's reblogged.

There is a con this weeked. Jus in Bello in Rome. My friend redteekal is there and I've been following her tweets and LJ posts. She has like the top TOP ticket and gets to do everything! Including chatting to the guys with only a small group of fans.
