I'm mighty invested in this (damn!) show and so I can go to extremes in my reactions. I'm somewhat irrational and passionate when it comes to episode reactions. *iz sheepish*
I did feel better after reading all your ideas and thoughts and I loved that we could disagree on stuff and everything is ok. Some things won't change for me but I love that you all are as equally passionate (even if you have already quit the show) about stuff. (I still have some comments to reply to and I will).
I really wish we didn't have to wait 2 weeks for the next ep (boo!) but maybe a break will be good. Even then I'll have to wait an extra day because on the night because I will be on camp with my Year 7 students (joy...).

Date: 2012-11-17 06:24 pm (UTC)The Jared thing puzzled me too. I mean no disrespect to other actors on the show, but Jared is really so good at playing Sam. I can look at a screen cap, and say which Sam it is, of course, that can be my obsession with the show talking, but still. The mannerism are just so vastly different. Jim Beaver talked about how hard it was to play dead. But, how many times has Jared played dead? I'm never going to get over the first time he died....

IKR!?! Is it crazy and a little morbid of me to say that that was the best death scene EVER! Off the top of my head I can't think of one that gutted me more (the actual scene itself and not the grief aftermath that usually kills me more than the actual death)
