I made this gif to compare the differences in those promo posters.



Crowley's flaming carnation is curious. Not sure if that's purely Zeke, or Sam with the hint of Zeke. I think the former, but open to interpretation I suspect.

It would be VERY interesting if the red carnation was somehow connected to that red rose that Lucifer touched in The End. Apparently there is speculation around that Ezekiel might actually be Lucifer. If he is then I could certainly see that connection.

Getting out of the cage would be a BIG one. And if he got out in a lame way (like Sam getting Bobby out of Hell) then it would make everything Sam (and Dean) went through to release him was for nothing (or it would lessen it). I rather doubt they're heading in that direction - but you never know.
