Anyone have any ideas on how I could create a list of movies that could be checked of if (and when) they are seen?



I recently created a list of all the movies Dean references in the show. There's over 150. I thought it might be fun if fans wanted to check off the films they have seen against his list. Anyone know of a way I could do that? Via Facebook maybe? Maybe there's a movie list generating website out there that could help? (Or maybe it's a silly idea...)

The other thing that would be really cool is if I could add a couple of columns on this list that lists the film's date and genre. I think it would be a great way to see, at a glance, if Dean favours a particular era or genre (and of course PIE CHARTS!).

But I simply don't have the time to reference over 150 movies. I thought maybe if there were a few people with some time on their hands (yeah, I know...pretty difficult) we might be about to split up the work. Perhaps a season each?

(You know all this came about because of him never having watched It's a Wonderful Life!?! Damn you show!!)

Oh yay! That'd be great. I figure if I can get, say 5 people it'll make the job a lot easier. It's just a matter of checking IMDB - shouldn't be too much work...:)

Haven't decided yet whether to break it up per season or in alphabetical blocks like the list. Probably the latter as it will be easier to keep track off.

I'll get back to you hun, when (and if) it looks like a go! :)
