2015: The Year That Was (fannish roundup)

ash48I feel like I've been less fannish this past year than ever before. And yet, when I reflect on the year it looks like I made one more vid than I did the year before (8), I still did ep reviews (hee, only "just" at times) and I was pretty busy on twitter with a new twitter account I started (One Perfect SPN Shot). So, maybe I was still a little bit fannish. ;)

I seem to make a mix of quick, strange vids and lengthier character driven ones. I still really love making vids but they take so damn long that I find I have little time (and patience!) to really get stuck in. It's still a great creative outlet for me so I hope to keep dabbling with them in the new year. :)

I've enjoyed twitter this past year. The people I follow are very entertaining and it seems like a good way to keep up to date with fannish stuff going on. I still love LJ, but I found that I didn't visit it as regularly as I used to. I've enjoyed finding and posting cinematographic shots to @spn_shot. It's been a great way to learn about each director's style. I've been going through the seasons and I did kind of hit a roadblock when I got to S8 and S9. But my aim for 2016 is to keep posting.
