I will natter on at length about this if people let me. :D

The "anagram" scene in The Usual Suspects. They're separated, but their brains are totally in synch, and they come up with "What if it's an anagram?" at exactly the same time.

It makes me giddy, I tell you.

(I'm sure I can come up with dozens, but that's the first one that springs to mind)

Dean hugging Sam after he was choked in Home. The ouiji board scene. Speaking in unison in Mystery Spot. Sam showing up in Scarecrow. Tossing the ammo/necklace to each other in Hookman. The first side of the road conversation after John died-- what's dead should stay dead. Laughing together after lying to the Ghostfacers about Hollywood producers.
