Where the hell did that time go??
Jul. 13th, 2010 10:47 amI've just spent all morning on LJ! What the...? How did that happen? Ok, so I'm working up some posts... but seriously?! *sheesh* I know there are much more important things to be doing like...um... vacuuming, doing the dishes, planning for next term... *tries not to think about them*
I'm going to put together a podfic rec post at some point soon (spurred on by a friend's request for podfic rec's) as I've been listening to a few lately. I'll no doubt ask for some of yours as well. I'm always on the lookout for new fics to listen too. (So put your thinking caps on!).
We bought a treadmill on the weekend. /o\ New mantra: It will not gather dust, it will not gather dust, it will...
I'm going to see Eclipse with my daughter today. I am not, in the slightest bit, a Twilight fan. I've heard this is better than the last two - but just how scared should I be?? I'm already dreading it. But in the name of mother & daughter bonding I will make sacrifices.
Oooh - and I've conducted my first (vidding related) interview! Yay. Stay tuned.. :)
Is that the vacuum I hear call me?... Damn!

Date: 2010-07-13 12:02 pm (UTC)We bought an x-gym treadmill (in a clear out auction), so it's pretty full on and very tough. Hubby reckons it won't require a lot of maintenance. (It's bloody big though and weighs a tun!)
I think with a "made for home" tread mill it would depend on the quality. The cheaper it is the more maintenance it might require I'd say. Maybe check the warranty or ask around before you decide on one.
Of course - now I just have to make sure I keep getting on the thing! :)
