Just curious...
Sep. 25th, 2010 08:04 amWas there ever a reason given why SPN changed to a Friday night?
I'm thinking that it's not such a great night for TV, seeing as how it's a going out night (usually). I know in the past it clashed with very popular TV shows... did they move it for that reason? Or just 'cause.
Also..
NOT LONG NOW!!!!!!
(Though, I'll have to steer clear of my flist until I've seen it. ENJOY!!)
Stupid font sizing....

Date: 2010-09-25 06:30 am (UTC)--The CW had the opportunity to launch a new show after its strongest performing show (The Vampire Diaries)
--Geeks are home on Friday nights
--Supernatural's numbers were so steady for so long in the face of such stiff competition that it showed the fanbase would follow it wherever
Though it's slightly annoying from a personal scheduling standpoint, I don't think the show's numbers will suffer much by the move. I am curious to know how Nikita does in that evil timeslot from hell, though. I don't wish failure on the people who make it, but I would like for the CW to realize how remarkable SPN holding down that slot for 5 years was.

I'll be interested to see how it rates this year.
Thanks so much.
